We try to give our customers the best digital experience from the get-go. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not take returns of Digital Products. However, please explore our digital patterns with confidence, knowing that we put great effort and attention to detail into the pattern writing process. Physical Products:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept returns of physical products if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and if the item you wish to return meets the following requirements:

– it is undamaged and unused.

– it does not show signs of use (spills, tears, etc)

– it is returned in adequate packaging with a tracking number

-the purchases pays for shipping via USPS. We do not pay for shipping.
