Break the yarn and invisible join, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Whip stitch the top and bottom of the cookie together, lightly stuffing before sealing the cookie completely.
If your cookie is too puffy, use the yarn tail to lightly tack down the cookie by making a few stitches through both top and bottom near the center of the cookie.

ChokoChip
Before you get started…
Ingredients
01 2.75mm(US C-2) crochet hook
02 Aran or worsted weight yarn:
• Color A: light brown
• Color B: dark brown
03 Tapestry needle
04 Stuffing
Gauge
5-rnd gauge circle = 1.75”/4.5cm
Gauge isn’t terribly important in amigurumi, so it is okay to use a slightly larger hook if that is all you have. However, you don’t want to see stuffing through the stitches, so don’t get too big. Also, remember that if you scale up your ami, you may want larger notions (like snap eyes).
Special Stitches and Instructions
Bobble: All the bobbles in this pattern are 4-step bobbles. Making a bobble is similar to making multiple dc in the same stitch, except that you keep a loop of yarn on your hook rather than finishing each stitch before making the next. Eventually you will have a loop of yarn on your hook for each step of the bobble plus one extra loop. (For example, in the case of a 4-step bobble you will have 5 loops on the hook.) In the last step of the bobble, you will draw the working yarn through all the loops remaining on the hook.
Color Changes: Any time the pattern calls for a bobble, change to the dark brown yarn in the last step of the proceeding sc, make the bobble, then change back to the light brown yarn in the last step of the bobble (ie., when you pull the yarn through all 5 loops left on the hook). The bobbles are the chocolate chips.
